We recently took a closer look at how we could collaborate with Papertile in making  new forms using recycled paper panels. TOTems are one of the results of this exploration, inspired by our Module Lamps which had their origins in children’s stacking toys. The collection, entitled Practicing Play, also includes wall puzzles (coming soon) and Seats for One. 

We also like to think of them as our homage to Ettore Sottssas and his ability to freely shift from art to industrial design.

TOTems are designed as other work of ours for children and playful adults, as static or interactive sculptures.

Modules are made from 100% post consumer paper waste.
Each TOTem is one-of-a-kind and will be available for purchase through our Dear Human and Papertile shops. They can also be ordered as floor or table-top lamps if so desired.
